Your safety comes first on Love-able. If something happens that makes you feel unsafe or uncomfortable, please report it. There are three actions you can take to report someone on Love-able:
To unmatch with someone, please follow these steps: Open the conversation screen with the person. On the right top corner you will find a ‘Safety center’ icon. Click on the icon and choose ‘Unmatch’. This will break the connection with this person and the person will no longer be able to communicate with you.
To block someone, please follow these steps: Open the conversation screen with the person. On the right top corner you will find a ‘Safety center’ icon. Click on the icon and choose ‘Block’. This will break the connection with this person and the person will no longer be able to communicate with you and the person will never be shown to you again.
To block and report someone, please follow these steps: Open the conversation screen with the person. On the right top corner you will find a ‘Safety center’ icon. Click on the icon and choose ‘Block and report’ Choose one of the report reasons and on the next page share as much or as little information as you feel comfortable with, but the more information we have, the easier it is for us to support you and take action. You can also upload a screenshot to provide as proof of your complaint. Tap "Submit report". Once we receive the report, our moderation team will review it as soon as possible. Due to privacy guidelines, we can’t always reveal the results of a report, but please know that we take every report seriously and handle each case with care.

No, Love-able is currently only available to participants of the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme).
The Love-able app is a complimentary app for participants who complete our yearly 12-module relationship program.The program is priced at $600 per year and is designed to help individuals learn about relationships. This can be cancelled at any time with no additional fees.

Each module includes a short introduction, a video, a range of topics, and some Q&As. We estimate that each module will take around 1 hour to complete, allowing you to finish the program in approximately 12 hours at your own pace.
