Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Love-able maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, or related content. This includes but is not limited to:

  1. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
  2. Sexualised or suggestive imagery or conversations involving minors.
  3. Attempts to contact, solicit, or impersonate a minor.
  4. Any user behaviour that suggests grooming or predatory intent.

Any such activity will result in immediate removal, reporting to appropriate authorities, and permanent banning from the platform.

In-App User Feedback Mechanism

Users can report any concerning behaviour, inappropriate content, or suspected violations of our safety policies through our in-app reporting tools. These tools are easily accessible from the chat interface. Reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team, and appropriate action is taken, which may include account suspension, investigation, or escalation to law enforcement if needed.

Detection and Response to CSAM

Love-able has implemented proactive measures to detect, remove, and report Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), including:

  1. Moderation procedures for uploaded content.
  2. User reporting and blocking mechanisms within the chat interface.
  3. Staff training to recognise and handle suspected CSAM cases.

We work closely with relevant law enforcement agencies and reporting organisations where required.

Compliance with Child Safety Laws

We fully comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws related to child protection, privacy, and online safety. This includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Mandatory reporting requirements.
  2. Data privacy regulations.
  3. Age verification practices.

Although Love-able is strictly for users 18 years and over, we actively monitor our platform to identify and remove underage accounts.

These standards are publicly accessible via our website and within the app settings.

Platform Content Restrictions

Love-able is designed strictly for adults aged 18 and over and does not contain content appealing to children. The platform does not include themes of excessive violence, sexualisation of minors, plastic surgery, weight loss, or any other cosmetic modifications for entertainment purposes. Any user-generated content violating these standards will be removed immediately and may result in account suspension and reporting.
